Shipping & Returns
At this time, I only ship to locations within the United States. Orders ship from the SF Bay Area via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on order size and weight. Fedex will not ship to PO Boxes.
Do you charge sales tax?
Items shipped to addresses within California will be charged sales tax.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards.
I hope you will love your purchase, however, if need be, you may return your product for a refund or credit, within 10 days of the shipment arrival date. Please follow these guidelines:
- Please contact us by email to set up the return.
- Products must have been purchased from joettetizzone.com (we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from other outlets, so please contact your merchant to set up the return).
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the shipment arrival date.
- We cannot accept returns of overly used items or items damaged by use.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise.
- Please repack merchandise in original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your receipt (or note with your order number, name, email address, phone number) and reason for the return.
- I recommend you send via the same carrier used to ship to you.
Should your merchandise be damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours so we can replace it for you.
